Terms & Conditions

1. Parties

These Terms & Conditions govern the commercial relationship between AnswersNation (formerly operating as iMantran, based in New Delhi, India) and its clients ("Client"). Specific engagements are further defined in individual proposals, Statements of Work, or service agreements, which take precedence over this general page where they conflict.

2. Services

AnswersNation provides performance marketing, digital growth strategy, AI-based marketing and automation, and related services as agreed with each client. We work with a limited number of clients at a time and reserve the right to decline an engagement at our discretion.

3. Payment terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices for agency/retainer fees are due within 7 days of issue. Late payments may attract interest as permitted by applicable law. Where we manage advertising budgets on a client's behalf, those budgets must generally be funded in advance unless a separate credit arrangement exists.

4. Ad spend

Where AnswersNation manages advertising accounts, ad spend is deployed to platforms such as Google, Meta, or others as agreed — either from budgets funded by the client into agency-managed accounts, or directly from client-owned accounts, as specified in the engagement. AnswersNation does not hold client ad funds as a general banking arrangement; funds are used for the advertising purpose agreed with the client.

5. Performance disclaimer

Any performance figures, illustrative dashboards, or results referenced on this website or in proposals are indicative of potential outcomes and are not guarantees. Digital advertising and search results depend on market conditions, ad-platform algorithms, competitive activity, landing page quality, product-market fit, and other factors outside our direct control. Past results for AnswersNation or its clients do not guarantee similar results for any other business.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information, campaign data, and commercial terms shared during an engagement. This is why many of our travel and aviation results are described only at the category level on this website — the underlying client relationships are protected under NDA. Formal NDAs are available on request.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement in line with the notice period specified in the applicable proposal or service agreement (commonly 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise agreed). Fees for work already performed are not refundable. Ad spend already deployed to advertising platforms is generally non-recoverable — see our Refund Policy for details.

8. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or an engagement with AnswersNation shall first be attempted to be resolved informally; if unresolved, disputes shall be subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India, for any matter not subject to arbitration.
