Cancellation Policy
We've designed our engagement model so that cancelling is never meant to be a difficult conversation. This policy explains how cancellation works at each stage of a partnership with AnswersNation.

Cancelling During the Free Engagement Period
Because no upfront fee, advance or retainer is collected during the initial 3–6 month engagement period, you may end the engagement at any time during this period, for any reason, without financial penalty.
We simply ask for reasonable written notice (email is fine) so we can wind down active campaigns responsibly and hand over any assets or access cleanly.
Cancelling After a Commercial Agreement Begins
Once a paid commercial agreement (profit share, fixed retainer or otherwise) is in effect, cancellation terms — including any notice period or wind-down obligations — will be set out in that specific written agreement, and this Cancellation Policy applies alongside it.
In the absence of specific terms in that agreement, a minimum notice period of 30 days applies to allow for an orderly transition.
Notice Period
Notice of cancellation should be provided in writing to marketing@answersnation.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and confirm the effective end date of the engagement.
Effect of Cancellation on Ongoing Campaigns
Upon cancellation, we will pause or hand over active campaigns (paid media, automations, website or landing page projects) in a responsible manner, consistent with the notice period, to avoid abrupt disruption to your business's lead flow wherever reasonably possible.
Data & Asset Handover on Cancellation
On cancellation, we will return or transfer access to accounts, assets and data that belong to your business (such as advertising accounts, website access, and campaign data) within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 15 business days of the effective cancellation date.
Re-Engagement
There is no penalty for re-engaging with AnswersNation after a prior cancellation. Any future engagement would begin with a fresh audit to reflect the current state of your business and market.
