Cancellation Policy
We design our engagements so that ending one is never a difficult conversation. This policy explains how cancellation works for the AI Visibility Audit and for monthly programs.

Cancelling an AI Visibility Audit
You may cancel an audit in writing before audit work begins for a full refund. Once work has started, the audit fee is non-refundable (see our Refund Policy).
Minimum Initial Term
Monthly programs have a minimum initial term of 90 days. This reflects how long AI visibility work realistically needs before it can be judged. Fees remain payable for the minimum term.
Cancelling After the Initial Term
After the initial 90 days, a program continues month-to-month and either party may end it with 30 days' written notice.
Notice Period
Notice of cancellation should be given in writing to marketing@answersnation.com. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and confirm the effective end date.
Effect on Ongoing Work
During the notice period we continue to deliver the agreed scope. Third-party commitments already made with your approval (such as scheduled placements or advertising flights) may not be cancellable and remain payable.
Data & Asset Handover
On cancellation we return or transfer access to accounts, assets and data that belong to your business — such as analytics, Search Console, listings and content created for you — typically within 15 business days of the effective cancellation date, subject to payment of outstanding fees.
Re-Engagement
There is no penalty for re-engaging with AnswersNation after a cancellation. A new engagement begins with a fresh AI Visibility Audit to reflect the current state of your business and market.
