Acceptance of These Terms

By submitting a Partner application, accepting a growth blueprint, or otherwise instructing AnswersNation to begin work on your business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind the business you represent to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not proceed with an engagement, and contact us so we can address your concerns directly.

Our Services

AnswersNation provides Pay Per Call Marketing, Performance Marketing (including paid search, organic search, social media, AI search visibility, online reputation management, Google Business Profile and Microsoft Bing Places optimisation, and lead generation), AI-Based Automations & Funnels, and AI-Based Landing Pages & Websites.

The specific mix of services delivered to your business is defined in the growth blueprint prepared following our initial audit, and may be adjusted over time as strategy and performance evolve.

The Zero-Upfront Engagement Model

AnswersNation does not collect any upfront fee, advance payment, or monthly retainer for the initial engagement period, which typically runs for 3 to 6 months from the start of active work, as described in our Process.

During this period, AnswersNation bears the cost of strategy, campaign build, media testing and platform fees required to execute the agreed growth blueprint, within budgets communicated to and approved by you in advance where third-party ad spend is involved.

This zero-upfront arrangement is offered at AnswersNation's discretion on a per-engagement basis and does not create an entitlement to free services beyond the agreed initial period or beyond the scope defined in your growth blueprint.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver on the agreed blueprint, you agree to provide timely access to necessary accounts, assets, approvals and information (such as Google Business Profile access, website credentials, brand assets and staff availability for calls or leads generated).

You are responsible for the accuracy of information provided about your business, products, services, pricing and claims used in marketing materials, and for ensuring your business is able to fulfil the demand generated by our campaigns.

Delays in providing access, approvals or information may reasonably delay campaign timelines and results.

Intellectual Property

Creative assets, campaign structures, automation workflows and website or landing page designs developed specifically for your business during a paid or committed engagement become your property upon full payment of any applicable fees, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AnswersNation retains the right to reference the type of work performed (without disclosing confidential performance data or client identity without consent) for its own portfolio and marketing purposes.

Proprietary methodologies, internal tools, templates and frameworks used to deliver services remain the intellectual property of AnswersNation at all times.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial, strategic or performance information shared during the engagement, and to use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.

This obligation survives the end of the engagement and continues for a reasonable period thereafter, consistent with standard industry practice.

Performance & No Guarantee of Results

While AnswersNation applies its full expertise and effort toward growing your business, digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, your business's operational capacity, pricing, and third-party platform policies.

We do not guarantee specific figures, rankings, call volumes, lead counts or revenue outcomes. Any projections, estimates or illustrative figures (including those shown in tools such as our Growth Estimator) are directional only and not a promise of performance. See our Disclaimers page for further detail.

Fees & Commercial Terms (Post Free Period)

At the conclusion of the initial free engagement period, and once growth has been demonstrated, AnswersNation and the Client will discuss and mutually agree on a commercial structure — which may take the form of a profit share, a fixed monthly retainer, or another arrangement.

No commercial terms are binding until documented in a signed agreement or written confirmation from both parties. Where applicable, third-party costs (such as paid advertising spend, software subscriptions or platform fees) may be passed through separately and will be disclosed transparently.

Term & Termination

Either party may end the initial free engagement period at any time, for any reason, with reasonable written notice, without financial penalty, given that no upfront fee was collected.

Once a paid commercial agreement is in effect, termination terms will be as set out in that specific agreement, and our Cancellation Policy applies alongside it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnswersNation's total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid by the Client to AnswersNation in the preceding three months, where applicable.

AnswersNation is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits, arising from the use of our services, save where such exclusion is not permitted by applicable law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from an engagement with AnswersNation will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes affecting active engagements will be communicated directly to affected clients.
